TNCS 5.0 Upgrade CD Request Form

In order to receive your CD update, please fill out the form below and hit the "SUBMIT" when completed. The pre-requisite for requesting this CD is that you have installed Transcend Network Control Services Version 5.0 for Unix.

Special ordering Notes:
The name and shipping address for the actual person who will be receiving this update from the shipper must be used.
The shipping address provided can not be a P.O. Box.
Failure to follow these guidelines will result in non delivery of the Update CDs. Since these are requirements from our shipping vendor, there will be no exceptions.
